I've use Wagner Mechanical since I purchased my house in 2013. Had them Re-plum water and sewer for the entire house to the street, manager my HVAC (under the house), and install a tank less water heater. Recently I've been experiencing issues with my furnace refusing to come up to temperature. I had Wagner check out the furnace. Turns when I had the house re-wired, the electrician (not Wagner) ran line #12 line to the furnace, but used a 15A breaker. The furnace is needs a 20A breaker, so Wagner caught that. I am going to have a dedicated line run to the furnace (using Wagner) as the existing service share some outlets in 2-3 rooms.So, tonight, Joseph arrives. He politely listened to my "theory" of what why the furnace was having issues during specific times of the day. He, clearly, not only understood what I was explaining but knew exactly what the issue with. Although I do work with computers (at the embedded level), Honeywell thermostats are not my expertise. Joseph explained what and why the thermostat was not programmed correctly for our style of heating and cooking use, re-programmed the thermostat. Although it has not been 72 hours yet, Joseph promised that if this does not fix the problem he will come back on Monday at no charge. I can't convey this adequately in a written review, but Joseph's manor of working with customer installs confidence and trust. I am a good judge of character and plan on asking for Joseph in the future.

Wagner was able to have someone out the next day, while other companies were telling me a week (or weeks) out for service availability. Our service tech (Christopher M) was extremely knowledgable and his expertise showed with how efficient he was concerning repair of our packaged roof unit. We've definitely found our preferred company for all future AC/Heat/Plumbing/Electrical needs.

Very professional from start to finish. Needed gas boiler for baseboard h20 system serviced and adjusted. Zach was very knowledgeable with the system altogether, which has been extremely difficult to find for some reason. They called once in the morning to confirm afternoon appointment, then again when headed to the house, showed up on time, and worked quietly and efficiently while here, and system is running smoothly a better than it has in the past.

Wagner sent Eric, an electrician out to diagnose why our under the counter lights weren't working. In 1 minute he discovered that the problem was the light switch, not the bulbs which we had replaced. For this the charge was $0. He said to purchase new fixtures that we liked and that he would return in 2-3 days to install. Quick, honest diagnosis which cost us nothing. Very honest and professional!!

My Mother in law's furnace quit working and she needed help. I called Wagner mechanical for help. They went out, saw she needed a new furnace, went back and brought her a space heater to keep her warm. The next day a team of professional and caring people installed a brand new furnace. They were professional, caring, on time and had great communication between all of us.

Eric arrived on time and was pleasant and friendly. We discussed the services to be completed and the most effect way to drain my water heater and clean my mini splits. While Eric started draining the water heater he shared with me some tips about cleaning the filters on the mini splits and how to cut down on the dirt/debris that collected on my outside unit. I would recommend Wagner to anyone and would encourage them to request Eric.

Todd Smith came out today (Nov 30) to fix our furnace. He is an absolute wizard. We always request Todd to be the technician to help us. On the other hand all the other Wagner technicians are very knowledgeable and professional. We've been with Wagner Mechanical since 2010. David G. came out a couple of days later, and replaced our circuit board. He did a wonderful job, and the furnace is working perfectly.

Alex came out on President's day! We had a gas build up issue. He got here soon after the fire department left and was able to help us figure out what it gone wrong. We are so appreciative that he was able to make it out here and help us out so quick. I have used Wagner before and because of people like Alex, I will use them again.

Very professional from initial phone interaction to diagnosis and installation of new pump for radiant floor heat.Highly recommend!Feb 2018 - Had plumbing / drainage issues with toilets on a Sunday night. I was able to get an appointment fast (next day). The prior home owner had mentioned that she had to get the sewer lines snaked out periodically therefore I wanted an assessment as I hadn't expected any issues to crop up so soon after purchasing the home.I had pretty much cleared the drains Sunday night and We weren't able to reproduce the problem Monday afternoon.Wagner's technician (Zach) was very thorough in checking and explaining the possible causes of the slow drainage (checked roof, crawl space, toilets, shower, and sinks). He also noted that there was a new section of sewer (in front of my house). For now I'll keep an eye on things and told me NOT to clear the drain when the issue occurs again. This way he'll be able to see exactly where and why the back up is occurring.Wagner Mechanical remains my go-to for plumbing and HVAC because of their quality of service. They communicate well, provide quality equipment and reasonable fee for diagnosing the issue.

Chris was so helpful, thorough, and friendly. I am happy that the Wagner technicians take pictures of the units issues. Chris was great at explaining in detail what my unit needed. He didn’t try to come up with work that didn’t need to be done just to make money. Everything Chris suggested he had pictures to back up the reasons why the unit was not working 100%, or to prevent further damage. The integrity and knowledge Chris has is outstanding. If you want honest quality work call these guys they are great.

The provider was 5 minutes early. He told me what he was going to do; that it would take about an hour, which it did; and, told mw what it would cost, which confirmed what I had been told on the phone the previous day. I signed initially so that he could get started. He worked for about an hour; told me what he had done; We tested the water; everything seemed to be working just fine. I asked if everything was working properly; he confirmed that it was. I signed for the work and gave him the check. We both seemed to be pleased. After he left, I checked the system again and the water heater was working very, very well.

Roger was a very polite and considerate Comfort Agent offering my wife and I careful calculations to determine our home's comfort update needs with thorough and helpful explanations regarding the ultimate installation of our Mitsubishi Mini Splits. Wagner installed a new furnace and air conditioning unit in our home this spring. We were pleased with our experience from beginning to end. The entire crew led by Martin and Andrew was respectful and professional. They communicated everything clearly, arrived on time, and cleaned up the work space. Their language and conduct were professional at all times. When the job was complete and the inspector came to check their work, he remarked that all of the jobs done by Wagner he has inspected are "done well". It was the end of the week and our water heater decided to give us an impersonation of the Mississippi river. I decided to get on the phone and try to get a plumber to sort out our dilemma. I called Wagner and they arranged, very quickly, to have a technician come and help us. Zach first called and said he was on his way. Within an hour of making my first call he was in our garage assessing the situation. The news was that we needed a replacement water heater. Zach explained all of the options and I told him to proceed. He then diligently removed the unit, upgraded the peripheral parts and installed the new water heater. He worked hard, quietly and did a great job. He was extremely professional, polite and personable. In fact the interactions I had with the staff at Wagner were all of the above. They are an excellent company and I highly recommend them.

My experience with Wagner Mechanical was great from beginning to end. Bertha Flores was nice, informative and patient explaining entire process, including financing. I couldn't believe how fast the application, approval and scheduling was! Ramon Campos and Noel Pacheco along with the other Wagner electrical staff were prompt, hard working, and helpful to explain how the system worked and how best to maintain my new Caverns complete system. The warranty the system I couldn't pass up. I've already recommended Wagner to a friend in Santa Fe who is in need of refrigerated air conditioning. Alex was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and gave thorough answers to all our questions. His work was meticulously done. It was a big job replacing a water heater and bringing it up to code, which took him most of the day. To bring it to code, he had to replace all the pipes and the vent pipe. He placed sheet metal below the water heater, on the platform. Every thing you see in the picture, related to the water heater, is brand new. Beautiful workHe cleaned his work area when finished. Actually, it was cleaner when he left than it was when he arrived.We fully intend on using Wagner Mechanical in the future. We will request Alex. A big THANK YOU for a job well done!

Been with Wagner for many years and have never been disappointed. My most recent experience was no exception. A recent power outage had knocked out our on roof packaged gas furnace/air conditioner system and it looked like we were facing the prospect of major costly repairs or even a new system. Before doing that, Scott Ruch, the manager sent over their senior technician, David G to inspect the system one more time. After thorough testing and with some timely advice from another Wagner employee familiar with this particular system David was able to identify the problem (an electrical connection had come loose). He plugged it back in and problem solved at no charge. David saved us what could have been a very costly repair/replacement. Once again Wagner came through. Their honesty and integrity and willingness to take that last final step is rare these days. Thanks Wagner!

We had called a different company in town who were going to charge us $2,000 to replace both toilets in the home. Efrain came out at 6:30 PM and by 7:00 he had already diagnosed and fixed the actual problem and we did not need to replace the toilets at all. Thank you for your help. My water heater died in the middle of the night and i had family coming to visit in a couple days. Wagner came the next day and stayed until the new heater was completely installed and working. They are not a "bargain" plumber but they do very good, thorough work and warranty their work and products. Highly recommend if you want peace of mind that the job gets done right the first time.

Todd is a very good, well-trained serviceman who arrives on time and explains every detail of the work he will be doing. My thermostat broke on one of the coldest days of this winter, on a Sunday no less. He came to the house, evaluated the problem and came back with two space heaters for that night. Early Monday morning, he had to drive to five supply houses because no one had a replacement for the type that failed. He found a compatible replacement and installed it. Two days later, he returned to check on the heat system and answer questions like, "What is a dead band?" The cost was reasonable.

We had Wagner install a new furnace about a year ago and it has been terrific. When we had an issue with our very old A/C impacting our furnace yesterday, Wagner responded by sending out two great techs, Jesus T. and Steven J., who diagnosed the situation but also spotted signs of impending doom with our ancient water heater. The water heater was leaking and they saved us from a potential flood by arranging for an installation of a new one first thing this morning. And, just like our furnace installation of a year ago, it was a beautifully done job where Wagner employees go above and beyond in every technical and cosmetic detail. If you want a water heater installation that is also a work of art, ask for their talented plumber, Alex! We are so grateful that Wagner saved us from a flood. But, alas, our ancient A/C is now on our agenda and we had a meeting with Raul today to plan out the next steps and we will complete it next spring. Raul was able to answer our questions and check on all the electrical and architectural aspects this afternoon. I don’t typically write reviews but Wagner’s customer service, combined with such excellent products and fantastic installation results, are definitely worth your consideration. Highly recommended!

Mo was the technician sent out today from Wagner Mechanical. From the moment he arrived, we (my sister & I) felt comfortable with his demeanor and expertise in his knowledge. Even though the weather was not the best to work in with shutting down our swamp cooler, Mo went right at it. We had to have a little more work done on the heater than we were expecting, but again thankful that Mo knew exactly what was needed. He left to get the part, said he'd return within the hour (or so) and did. We will request Mo again for future service as his attitude was pleasant.

I hired Wagner to address an electrical issue I had in my kitchen and the technician Blake Russell was excellent. Blake was a great guy, he worked hard and kept me in the loop with everything he was doing as well as giving me realistic price quotes. He was also very friendly and trustworthy; overall easy to have working in my home. Ultimately, my issues were resolved timely and with upmost professionalism. I would recommend Wagner and particularly electrician Blake Russell to anyone.

My only concern is that I had to wait 4 days for the next available plumber to schedule an appointment. When the appointment date came, Jose Cervantes arrived in the morning. I showed him the bathroom where the slow flushing toilet was and explained my failed efforts to fix the problem.He listened and said OK let me get my tools and I'll see what I can do. After about a half hour to 45 minutes he was done and demonstrated the repaired toilet. I was pleased with Jose's work. He was a very nice gentleman and worked quick.Oh yeah my other concern (sorry) is the new member program. I enjoyed the discounts with the previous program and quick scheduling for services. With this slow working toilet I didn't get a discount and seriously, it was a bit pricey. I guess any plumbing service comes with a substantial price tag. I do appreciate the service though. Wagner has always been my go to team for all my HVAC and plumbing service and I've always experienced nice professionals who performed the service.

I've used Wagner Mechanical for multiple plumbing issues, in particular their plumber Gavin Johnson. Gavin is phenomenal- he does excellent work, and really takes the time to walk you through what he does. He makes sure you completely understand what the problem was, what the best way to fix it is, and what he did to do so. He also is very candid about exactly what you do and do not need, and what all of your options are. I cannot recommend enough. He is the all too rare complete professional who takes immense pride in his work.

I have a water heated furnace. I had someone come repair a leak on my hot water heater on Friday and immediately my house furnace started to not work properly. By Saturday it was snowing and the temperature in my home was in the 50s. Monday I called Wagner and they sent a technician over on Wednesday, which was their first appointment. Mo showed up and was able to get it running by just trouble shooting it. He was super professional and courteous. Wagner did not tell me I needed anything to make money off me, they were honest and forthcoming. I can't give them 100 stars but if I could I would. Mo explained my furnace to me and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Wagner plumbing and heating and especially technician Mo.Thank you Wagner!

Victor Valles came out about two hours after my initial call. I felt this was a fantastic response time. He had diagnosed the problem in minutes and fixed it within the hour. Very pleased, they aren't the cheapest but they do it right...I will be using them from now on!

We came home late one night from a trip to find our furnace not working. It was on one of the coldest nights in many years. Wagner got a technician to us by late afternoon the next day and he got the problem fixed and our system running. JUAN ORDONEZ came out to work our furnace condensate pump failure. He is very intelligent and personable. He was able to get a loaner pump installed and our furnace working very quickly and ordered our requested filter elements as well. He scheduled the return trip for the following day to install the final pump. We've used Wagner for many years for our heating and cooling needs not only for our house, but also our parents' houses and we've always been pleased with their products and services. We are signed up to one of their plans that provide for the twice yearly maintenance and reduced cost for repairs.

Last week we were having issues with both toilets in the home flushing even after we tried to fix them. We initially called a different company who came out that day and told us both toilets needed replacing after only "snaking" the toilets. There were no other tests done to see what it might be. They were going to charge us $2000 for labor and the toilets. We called Wagner late in the day (the same day) and they were able to come out at 6:30 on a Friday night. By 7:00 the technician, Efrain, was able to diagnose what was actually wrong, fix it and be on his way. Thank you for saving us $1700. We will be using Wagner for our mechanical needs in the future.

I needed a new hot water heater. I considered a tankless unit. Efrain was very thorough and checked the roof etc. for the placement of same. Due to the age of the home, a lot of changes would have to take place. Eventually I decided that I would have to settle for a new water heater. I chose a larger unit than the original and Efrain made a new stand and the added the needed accessories for the larger tank. He worked straight through the afternoon and the dinner hour. He was knowledgeable, and quick to answer my questions so that I understood exactly what was happening. I am very pleased and will use the company for a yearly service of the new hot water heater.

Refrigerated unit would not stay on. House was 85 degrees. I was able to get it going again but since I had never had it serviced (other than hosing down the coils each year) I decided to have it checked. I called Wagner because of the reviews and because they had a good coupon for an AC service call. I was told someone would be out between 830 and 10 am. Chris arrived promptly at 830. I showed him the unit and let him know what I had done to get it going. He checked it thoroughly and also checked the air flow at the return air grill and the vents closest to the unit. I asked why it shut down like it did and he gave me some tips to keep it from happening again and what to use to keep the coils clean. Chris was prompt, courteous, and professional. I will definitely use Wagner again.

I called Wagner a few mins after calling TLC and they said they could be out by 10am. The service tech, Cody,was able to be at our house by 9am. He was very courteous and let my son and I watch what he was doing. He explained what he was doing and recommended things that needed attention to keep our unit in good working condition. The indoor unit of my mini split was leaking through the sensor. Andrew came out on a long holiday weekend and spent close to two and a half hours patiently figuring out that the angle of the drain hose and the absence of clips, as well as location of wall penetration, were problematic. Someone will come out to correct the problems after July 4th once the distributor reopens. Andrew took pictures and wrote a through explanation which he emailed to me. I'll miss having the AC for a couple days, but I'm glad my warranty covers the cost of repairs and that Wagner took my complaint seriously, responding the same day even though I live out of town. My only recommendation is that the truck stock clips and extra hepa filters. Thanks, Andrew.
