Breathe easier with a new filter.

Your air filtration experts.
Looking to improve your home’s indoor air quality? You should consider upgrading to a better air filter. By default, most homes feature a 1-inch air filter, but these filters allow dust, pollen, pet dander, and other particles smaller than 3 microns to pass through easily. That’s 95-97% of all the indoor air contaminants in your home!
To help homeowners with their indoor air quality, Wagner installs 4-5 inch filters and electrostatic filters, both of which are far more effective at removing particulate matter from indoor air.

Your air filter matters.
Your home’s HVAC air filter provides two-way protection. First, it captures particulate matter—dust, pollen, pet dander, and more—as the system intakes air, preventing those contaminants from reaching the HVAC system, where they can cause issues and reduce its energy-efficiency.
However, air filters also help when air is being pushed back out through the intake into your home. They prevent dust and other particles trapped in the ductwork from being blown into the home every time you turn down the thermostat.
When it comes to trapping particulate matter, the standard 1-inch filters sold at most grocery stores isn’t going to get the job done. If your home has indoor air quality issues, a 4-5 inch filter or an electrostatic filter might be a better option.
At Wagner, our team can help install or replace your air filter. Give us a call or click the button below to get started.
The right fit for every home.
We install three types of air filters.
1-Inch Filters
The most common type of air filter, these can be purchased at nearly any store in Albuquerque and Santa Fe. Most of them only capture particulate matter larger than 3 microns, leaving a lot out.
4-5 Inch Filters
These filters are far more effective than 1-inch filters, and are capable of capturing particles between 1-3 microns in size. Your air intake may need to modified to fit this thicker filter size.
Electrostatic Filters
These filters have an ever-so-slight static charge, attracting and capturing particulate matter of all sizes—even material smaller than a micron. However, they get dirty easily, blocking airflow.
